1. Organization and coordination for foreign affairs.

2. Foreign teachers’ management and hiring.

3. Handling the procedure for the foreign teachers.

4. Foreign language training for teachers and students.

5. Mandarin’s promotion.

6. Dealing affairs between national Hanban and overseas confucius institute.

7. Reception for overseas visiting delegation of the confucius institute.

8. Organizing exams for mandarin volunteers selection.
